Effective September 7, 2026
This agreement is concluded between Adevariox LLC ("Seller"), 7901 4th St N, #34731, St. Petersburg, FL 33702, United States, and the customer placing an order on adevariox.com ("Buyer"), at the moment the Buyer confirms an order online.
The subject of this agreement is the sale and delivery of the goods listed in the Buyer's order, with the quantities, prices and specifications shown at checkout and repeated in the order confirmation email.
The total price, including shipping and any applicable tax, is the amount displayed on the checkout page before the order is placed. Payment is made by credit or debit card through Stripe, or by ACH/wire bank transfer to the account communicated after the order.
Goods are delivered to the address given by the Buyer, by a carrier chosen by the Seller, normally within 2–6 business days after dispatch for U.S. destinations. Delivery timescales are estimates, not guarantees.
The Buyer may cancel an order at no cost before it has shipped by emailing hello@adevariox.com. After delivery, the Buyer may return unworn goods within 30 days under the Returns & Refunds policy. Custom or personalised items are excluded unless faulty.
The Buyer confirms that the information supplied at checkout is accurate and that they are legally capable of entering into this agreement.
Neither party is liable for delay or failure caused by events beyond reasonable control, including carrier disruption, natural disaster or government action.
Complaints should first be sent to hello@adevariox.com. Unresolved disputes are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware and subject to its courts, as stated in our Terms of Service.
Note: U.S. consumer sales do not require a distance-sales contract in the way some other jurisdictions do. This page is provided for customers who expect one; the Terms of Service remain the primary agreement.
