30-day returns

You may return most items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the product price. Items must be unworn, unwashed and in their original condition, with any tags still attached.

How to return something

1. Email hello@adevariox.com with your order number and what you would like to return.
2. We reply with a return address and instructions within one business day.
3. Ship the item back. Return postage is paid by the customer unless the item arrived damaged, defective or incorrect.
4. We inspect and refund to the original payment method within 5 business days of receiving the item.

Exchanges

The fastest way to exchange a size or colour is to place a new order and return the original for a refund. If the item you want is sold out, tell us and we will hold the next batch for you.

Items we cannot accept back

• Custom or personalised pieces made specifically for you (unless faulty).
• Items returned more than 30 days after delivery.
• Items that show wear, odour, or have been altered.

Faulty items

Handmade goods carry small variations in grain and tone — that is not a fault. Broken stitching, hardware failure or a manufacturing defect is. Send photos within 12 months of purchase and we will repair, replace or refund.

Refund timing

Card refunds are issued to the original card and typically appear within 5–10 business days depending on your bank. Bank-transfer orders are refunded back to the account the payment came from. Original shipping charges are refunded only when the return is our fault.
